EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Email email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your item with your order number, what you are returning, and what you would like to exchange it for.
- SALE items cannot be returned for a refund but can be exchanged for something of equal or greater value
- All items purchased at full price can be returned for an exchange or refund
- Items must not be worn, altered, soiled or washed. Items must have all original tags and packaging attached
- Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition
- All shipping and handling charges are non-fundable
- All exchanges are subject to product availability
- All SALE items are non-refundable
Please allow 5 - 7 working days for exchanges to be processed and returned to you.
If you discover an item you have purchased is damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your item with your order number.
Please note if items are found damaged as a result of wear and tear, they are not considered faulty.
